Aptamil Profutura™ 2

Every mother wants the best for her baby. Current research suggests that maximum 20% of a baby's future health is determined by their genes, and at least 80% percent is affected by environmental factors in the baby’s early life which you can positively influence. Diet plays an important role here.

Aptamil Profutura formulas contain the highest levels of LCP (Long chain, polyunsaturated fatty acids) compared to any other infant formula.

When preparing infant milk formula, follow the enclosed instructions carefully. Incorrect preparation can cause illness due to the growth of unwanted germs. Formula should be freshly prepared every meal and served immediately. Do not reuse leftovers. Clean the bottle and teat thoroughly. Do not heat milk formula in the microwave (danger of overheating).

Boil fresh drinking water and let cool to approximately 40°C. Pour 2/3 of the required amount of water into the bottle.

Scrape the included measuring spoon on the scraper to achieve a precise dose of powder. Use the included measuring spoon only. Pour the required amount of powder into the bottle.

Place the measuring spoon back in the spoon holder. Close the bottle and shake vigorously. Pour in the rest of the drinking water and once again shake the bottle vigorously.

Open the bottle and attach the teat. Check the bottle is at a safe temperature (approx. 37°C).

Standard solution:

14.7 g of powder + 90ml of drinking water = 100ml of ready-to-use formula.

Your baby's specific growth and developmental needs may require the introduction of Follow on formula earlier as part of a mixed diet. Please consult your midwife or paediatrician for advice.
